Tell me what is not working

You can contact me directly. You do not need to know what is wrong before getting in touch — just tell me what it is doing.

What to include

Three things make the first reply much more useful:

  • Roughly where you are — the village or the first half of your postcode.
  • What is not working, in your own words.
  • When it started, and anything that changed around then.

What happens next

We’ll get back to you with the next step. If a visit is needed, we’ll agree the cost before arranging a time. If you decide not to go ahead, that’s completely fine.

Where we cover

Wakefield, Ossett, Horbury, Sandal, Walton, Crofton, Normanton, Stanley and Rothwell, plus nearby villages and areas. Not sure? Ask — it costs you nothing to check.

Or write it down

Tell me what is wrong and I will get back to you

If you would rather not message or ring, fill this in instead. It reaches the same place.

This is an enquiry, not a booking. Nothing is held or confirmed — we read what you send and reply to arrange a visit.

Got a photo of the router, the socket or whatever is misbehaving? Send it on WhatsApp instead — it often saves a whole exchange of questions.

The village or area, or the first half of your postcode.

In your own words. What it does, which rooms or devices, and when it started — whatever you can tell us.

How should we get back to you?
When generally suits you?(optional)

Just so we know roughly when to suggest. Nothing is booked or held.

We use what you write here to deal with your enquiry and arrange any next step. Our privacy notice explains what other information may be sent with the form and why.
